I dont know if it is prudent to call myself a writer, but I do love to write. I was just wondering if there are any websites out there (or any literature) tht would assist me in my endevours as a new author. I am working on two novels currently and I have about five short stories already finished or nearly finished. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

i have been writing for years mostly poems but still i probally wouldn't call myself writer you see i do to help myself cause i enjoy i write myself now  anything can be better then it already is there is no such thing as perfect but with stories one of the biggest things is to put emotion into  it and make sure that when read  that reader can imagine the story in their head i feel that really good stories are ones that have a little emotion from emotion writer even if the story isn't true it may have some base from reality in the writers life and those are the ones alot of people don't want to put down also write it for your self from the heart and the enjoyment of writing a forum like this is a good place to get advice thats why i joined you don't have to follow my advice for all i know my advice may suck but all i can do is tell you what i think and that is to have fun with it even if you need to revilement's on them cause so many writers do
