I just found some interesting thoughts about faith. They are contained in the article called
faith; the answer to simplicity Here is a part of this article and anyone can read the whole text on that blog:
Today I realized the importance of faith. Not that I haven't realized its pertinence in our complicated world today, but just that the strength of faith can really change the way you look at life.
We are all humankind, with the same status in His eyes. It is us who prefer to not see that, and instead believe that we are who we are because of what we possess or the image we portray.
People hold ownership over things and events in their lives that they believe define who they are.
And when people lose faith over what they possess, they seem to find that there is nothing else to live for anymore. It becomes harder to hold ownership over something that seems to be made out of thin air. It's the thing called faith.
